What’s that saying about all work and no play? Well, there’s no chance of dull boys (or girls) around here. Our designers don’t just stare at computer screens, flip through Pantone books, and dream up logos every waking moment. We’re actually quite an active bunch - some of us more so than others. In fact, our staff gets up to some pretty cool stuff after hours. Check out the pics and video.

One of our most intrepid adventurers is Senior Designer Felix Heinen, who recently came to us from Germany. Felix is a bona fide outdoor junkie who has already seen some of the best BC has to offer in just a few short months. Already he has built - and slept in - a snow cave at Falls Lake (north-east of Hope), ice climbed in Marble Canyon (north of Cache Creek), snowshoed around Banff, and recently had his first whitewater kayaking lesson.

Interactive Designer Murray Falconer spends as many weekends as possible boarding and hiking the backcountry around Whistler and Blackcomb, Mount Baker, and the local mountains - check out some of his snowboarding photos.

Mark Ross, our Account Director, also likes hitting the slopes...literally! This spectacular wipe out at Mt. Baker was caught on video.

While the rest of us aren’t quite so outdoorsy, most of us did lace up for our holiday party up at Grouse. Some of us glided around the outdoor rink like old pros… and some of us felt invigorated just breathing in the fresh mountain air. Once the weather warms up, maybe we’ll organize a company “Grouse Grind” ... stay tuned.
